Even during the holiday season, the governor's thoughts revolve around Rotary in our district. The clubs and their members are of central importance, because nothing works without them. Good clubs are characterized by an active presence of Rotarians and their actions, projects, and ideas. That's why my first article discusses membership.
My focus is specifically on the young, they are our future. We need to make young people leaders and inspire them. The RYLA seminar is - besides the international youth exchange - a good format for this. Read more in the second article.
